Terms of Service

By accessing or using RenderOps at renderops.tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

RenderOps provides a browser-based email development toolkit including but not limited to: CSS inliners, HTML compilers, spam checkers, accessibility auditors, dark mode simulators, countdown timer generators, and ESP integration utilities.

Some features are available without an account ("Free Tier"). Additional features require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Agency" plans).

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Agency plan. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Free Tier unless you subscribe.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Requests made after 14 days of the initial charge may not be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial email (spam)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to generate or distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent materials

The Service and all content, code, and materials within it are owned by RenderOps and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Content you create using the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant RenderOps a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RENDEROPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENDEROPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
